Healthy Gut According To The Scriptures | Episode #009

Gut Health According to Scriptures

I'm so excited to be welcoming Paul Nison to this podcast episode. Paul is a healthy gut expert, raw food chef and educator. He has been eating and educating people about a raw food diet since he was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis many years ago. And with no other choice but surgery, according to the medical profession, Paul decided to stop eating all cooked foods. Today he is 100% cured of this so-called incurable disease. And he still eats a raw food diet.

Interesting pod though frustrating to hear we should eat seasonally. We live in the far north so we have a 3 month growing season so it’d be impossible to eat raw or any produce for that matter that is fresh for 9 months. I know I could never eat seasonally as produce is my favorite food. The only fruit we can grow is strawberries and watermelon. I’d miss a variety. I don’t thinking seasonally or local can work for some of us.
