Today I'm featuring a chance meeting put together on Facebook Live with Dr. David Jockers about the importance of well-balance hydration, not overdoing it, not under-doing it, and some other tips.

It was a pretty cool, last minute, “Hey, Dr. Jockers, why don't we do a Facebook Live when we're meeting up for smoothies?” And we had a fantastic discussion on liquid nutrition, the importance of smoothies, incorporating them into your diet, and being wise with the ingredients that we put into them.

David is a close friend of mine and just a brilliant man, a man of God, who loves the Lord and very much in tune with The Biblical Health message and I just so appreciate him.
