Plagued by gut issues since birth, I was truly a mess until God answered my prayers, and directed me to the source of my problem: food allergies! One-by-one I started to replace foods in my diet with allergy-friendly alternatives and, voila, my health drastically changed. Almost over night! The first to go was sugar, then wheat, then gluten, then dairy and next thing you know I was completely enjoying Abundant Life health.
